Description
We are seeking the services of an individual to head the operations for Guyana Youth Development Program, and to be responsible for its success. The selected candidate will be heading all personnel deployment, operations, and strategies for the program.
Requirements
The Foundation is requiring applicants with a PhD, or Masters in Education, Business, Leadership or similar to apply by February 28, 2026.
Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities are the shaping of a successful program for Guyana Youth Development Program, in conjunction with some other ministries and Board of Directors of P D C Foundation. This will be done for the benefit of youth between ages 13 - 30 in all regions and is being primarily funded by the government of Guyana, along with additional private contributions.

Overview
We are a Foundation registered as A Trust. In operation since 2022 primarily in Guyana, and we have had several events each year. At this time in history, we intend to help coordinate with the government of Guyana, their ambition of fostering a Youth Development Program in all regions. We endeavor to have an independent staff of directors, assistant directors, managers, consultants, teachers, and trainers. We have hundreds of quiet members in the USA, Caribbean, and other parts of the world who participate in the development and progress of the foundation. We have a consistent annual program since our registration with the distribution of thousand kites for kids at Easter. Also Mother’s and Father’s Day food hampers distribution to senior centers. We have had two award ceremony so far and have supported debates for the last local government elections as well as September 2025 general elections in Guyana.
