Quality Assurance Monitor is responsible for inspecting products at every phase of the production process to ensure that the outlined standards are met. Their duties include performing tests using provided equipment and recording results on provided checklists.

·        Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 would be an asset.

Must be computer literate

1. Approve or reject imported raw materials with respect to the quality standards.

2. Read Blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for each product.

3. Select output samples and check them using appropriate methods (measuring dimensions, testing functionality, comparing the specification etc.) during production to ensure produced within required standard.

4. Use automated systems to perform complex testing procedures.

5. Maintain records of testing, information and various metrics such as number of defective products etc.

6. Distribute manufacturing orders, blueprint and inventory movements to operators.

7. Confirm when specific production is completed, close off checklist and file documentation.

8. Prepare COAs as required, for completed products being sent to customers.

9. Clean and calibrate the testing machines.

10. Inspect Procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards.

11. Implementation of the ISO9000 Quality Management system in the QA Department.

12. Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager.

13. Perform related duties as assigned by the Quality Assurance Coordinator.
