Role Summary (short)

A controls-focused office management role responsible for strengthening internal controls across the group—cash/float handling, end-of-day reconciliation checks, billing and receivables discipline, documentation, exception tracking, and follow-up to closure.

Requirements (Must-have)

Accounting background (ACCA/CAT, accounting diploma/degree, or equivalent experience)

1–2 years experience with billing and receivables processes

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills

High attention to detail + strong documentation discipline

High integrity, confidentiality, and professional accountability

Strong written English and reporting ability

Comfortable learning/using systems (e.g., Notion; Zoho is a plus)

Nice-to-have

Internal audit / internal controls / compliance experience

Zoho experience

Notion experience

Experience creating SOPs, checklists, dashboards, and trackers

Experience in a multi-outlet or multi-company environment

Key Responsibilities

Manage a daily / weekly / month-end internal controls calendar

Review cash/float records and end-of-day reconciliation evidence

Check billing documentation (invoices/receipts/supporting documents) and filing discipline

Monitor receivables follow-up evidence and overdue items

Maintain an Exception Register (issue, owner, due date, risk level, status, closure evidence)

Perform scheduled checks and occasional spot audits

Produce weekly/monthly control summaries for management

Build simple SOPs, checklists, templates, dashboards, and evidence filing structures

Escalate high-risk or unresolved issues appropriately (CFO → CEO)
