Description

The scheduler is responsible for planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing tasks or events at the right time. Monitor the progress, preparing reports and presentations are also critical to improve team’s integration.

Requirements

  •    Bachelor’s degree or diploma Business Administration, Construction or other related fields.

  •    5-7 years of experience Scheduling, workforce planning, or administrative coordination.

  •    Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills

  • Strong MS Project or Primavera P6 (preferred) skills

  •   Desirable Power BI, ERP skills

Responsibilities

  •   Develop, maintain, track and update global and detailed schedules.

  •    Develop, maintain, track and update commodity and S curves.

  •    Establish baseline schedules and curves.

  •    Record the assignment and assign people, systems, or machines to tasks.

  •    Manage performance, schedule and cost information from contractors, to assure plan is met and early warnings are raised.

  •    Prepare progress reports and presentations.

  •    Identify deviations and early warning.

  •   Problem solving of any gaps found, for overall cost and schedule compliance.

  • Ability to create accurate schedules and timelines.

  • Strong attention to detail and deadline management.

  • Communication skills to identify requirements, inputs and outputs required by each area.

  • Efficient handling of multiple schedules and priorities.

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently.

  • Clear written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, employees and managers.
