To establish, develop and maintain relationships with customers to foster sales and market growth.
To provide clients with a presentation of new vehicles.
Knowledge of the Company’s aftersales services offered.
Provide quotations to customers using company software in adherence to all policies and procedures.
All updates to Sales Leads customer next actions are to be entered into the System, not limited to telephone calls, appointments and emails, notes must be accompanied by all Leads.
Generate cheque request for vehicle licensing fee processing.
Secure payment and all other requisite documents to complete the sale.
A complete knowledge of the features and their functions must be demonstrated to the customer at delivery.
Provide effective customer support to client after the sale/delivery.
Assist with the vehicle valuation process and discuss value and vehicle details.
Ensure all HSSE policies and procedures are strictly enforced and adhered to at all time.
