Description

Provide basic telephone service to clients' customers such as:

1) Answering questions about products and services

2) Working in the backend system to resolve the customer's issue.

3) Escalating issues to upper-tier agents for resolution.

Requirements

Must be over 18

Must have a good command of BOTH ENGLISH AND SPANISH (written and oral).

Must be able to work with little supervision.

*Must have a laptop & headset.

*Must have a strong internet connection (over 10mbps-not shared)

*Must have a battery backup in the event of power outages.

*Must have a quiet /private area to work without disturbances/distractions.

Must be willing to work Flexible shifts between 5 am and 10 pm (**only 8 hours of work will be assigned during this time period**).

Responsibilities

To Ensure:

Customer assistance is rendered in a swift manner.

Customer issue is resolved or escalated.

Company policies are followed at all times while on the telephone.
