We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support our Executive Team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of labour-related matters.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative or executive support role
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or related field
Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and compliance practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and schedules
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes where necessary
Draft, review, and manage official correspondence and documents
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Assist with travel arrangements and logistical planning
Support project coordination and follow-ups
Serve as a liaison between executives, internal departments, and external stakeholders
Provide guidance on labour-related issues and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws
Perform general administrative duties to ensure efficient office operations
