About the Role
As a Part-Time M·A·C Make-Up Artist, you’ll bring energy, creativity, and confidence to every interaction. You’ll help clients discover their look, provide exceptional customer service, and develop your artistry through hands-on experience and professional M·A·C training.
You’ll also assist with day-to-day store activities including visual content creation, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting inventory management to ensure smooth operations.
A passion for beauty, creativity, and customer service.
Willingness to learn — training will be provided.
Flexibility to work mall hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Previous retail or beauty experience is an asset but not required.
Provide personalized make-up applications and product recommendations.
Deliver professional, friendly customer service that reflects M·A·C’s brand values.
Support visual and social media content creation for in-store promotions.
Assist with restocking, merchandising, and inventory management.
Help maintain store organization, hygiene, and presentation.
Collaborate with your team to achieve sales and service goals.
Participate in continuous artistry and product training.
