The Social Media Marketer will support a growing social media management agency handling client accounts. This role combines creative marketing execution with operational support to ensure smooth workflow, brand consistency, and client satisfaction.
• 2+ years in social media marketing, digital content creation, or graphic/video editing.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Skilled in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools would be an asset.
• Understanding current trends, audience engagement, and platform algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
Preferred
• Experience with brand or influencer marketing.
• Familiarity with tools like, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask across several client accounts.

Social Media Marketing & Content Creation
• Develop, execute and manage content aligned with client’s vision and goals.
• Monitor and optimize the company’s website and social media pages.
• Post across clients’ primary and secondary social media accounts (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) following brand tone and schedule.
• Monitor and record performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.)
• Research and implement emerging trends to maintain creative competitiveness.
• Reviewing monthly performance and uploading data.
Design & Editing
• Design visually appealing marketing materials using creative tools including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
• Maintain consistent branding and visual identity for each client.
• Edit and optimize basic video content for various social media platforms.
