Muneshwers Limited and its subsidiaries are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to drive informed business decisions. This role requires strong Excel skills, financial acumen, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Education: ACCA, Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certification CPA is a plus.
Experience: 2+ years in financial analysis or a related role (experience in a group of companies or subsidiaries will be an asset).
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Analyze financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, identifying trends and variances.
Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions, investment analysis, and scenario planning.
Reporting & Data Analysis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and subsidiaries.
• Generate KPI dashboards and performance metrics to track business performance.
• Conduct cost analysis, profitability analysis, and margin assessments.
Business & Operational Support
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide analytical support.
• Evaluate business initiatives, capital expenditures, and investment opportunities.
• Assist in pricing strategies, cost optimization, and efficiency improvements.
Compliance & Process Improvement
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
• Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors as needed.
