Chief Financial Officer - Remote

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations while working remotely from Guyana. The CFO will oversee financial planning, risk management, and compliance with U.S. regulations and laws. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance long-term growth with financial discipline, while providing leadership to the finance team and advising senior management on key business decisions.

- Deep understanding of U.S. financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards  

- Strong leadership, management, and decision-making skills  

- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders  

- Experience working in remote, cross-border environments  

Qualifications/Experience Desired

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred)  

- CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification strongly preferred  

- Minimum 7–10 years of senior financial management experience, including U.S. compliance exposure  

- Proven track record in strategic financial planning, risk management, and leadership

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals  

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes  

- Ensure compliance with U.S. tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting standards  

- Manage financial risks and safeguard company assets  

- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team  

- Collaborate with executives to support business growth and operational efficiency
