The Bel Air Hotel is seeking a professional, reliable, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to handle guest needs efficiently while maintaining the highest level of hospitality standards.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations.

  • Proficient in basic computer systems and excel.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy.

  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage guest inquiries promptly.

  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the hotel system.

  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and concerns with patience and problem-solving skills.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms and hotel facilities meet standards.

  • Manage guest billing, payments, and daily reports with accuracy.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area.

  • Uphold The Bel Air Hotel’s standards of service and hospitality at all times.
