The Business Development Team Lead is responsible for spearheading IMON’s growth strategy through innovative marketing and high-performing sales execution. This leadership role blends strategic planning with hands-on management to acquire new customers, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction across the country. You will lead a dynamic team of marketing and sales professionals and oversee multi-channel campaigns using platforms like HubSpot, social media, and mainstream media.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in tech or telecom)
Proven team leadership and people management skills
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and project management abilities
Consideration will be given to years of experience and proven success in similar role
Strategic & Market Planning
Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market plan for IMON's services and products.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging customer needs.
Set quarterly and annual strategic goals aligned with company growth targets.
Sales & Marketing Leadership
Lead all sales and marketing operations to achieve lead generation and revenue growth objectives.
Manage and support the sales/marketing team in executing high-impact campaigns.
Monitor sales pipeline, manage CRM activities, and oversee content strategies.
Customer Acquisition & Retention
Drive customer acquisition strategies across all marketing platforms.
Implement customer engagement and retention programs, including loyalty and feedback systems.
Launch and promote bundled product offerings to improve customer value and retention.
Media & Brand Management
Coordinate advertising and PR activities across TV, radio, digital, and social platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external media partners and vendors.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all outreach channels.
Budget & Performance Management
Develop and manage the departmental marketing and sales budget.
Analyze performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, retention, ROI) and optimize accordingly.
Present monthly and quarterly performance reports to the COO.
Team Leadership & Development
Supervise and mentor a 4-person team (sales reps, marketing staff, content creators).
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing professional development.
