The project preparator follows projects and assists the project managers in their daily tasks and report progress/any issue.
Diploma / Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication, Welding, Industrial Maintenance, or a similar technical field.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BEng) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering

Operation - Prepares the worksite :
Check the drawings design
Check MTO compare with drawings and piping class.
Check availability of materials.
Check the painting specs and stock.
Transmit the Fabrication Dossier to all parties for signature and place in PM desk.
Check the material order / last MTO (fabrication and erection material, hydrotest material).
Organizes worksite layout:
Give Fabrication dossier to Fabrication team and Quality team once material arrived
Assist the material reception with Quality and Fabrication Team
Follow fabrication process to improve lead time, take picture at each step.
Monitor the production.
Establishes the worksite monitoring:
Pack and tag all the items, take a picture after painting
Plan delivery with Client and the Logistic team
Organizes worksite withdrawal:
File all documents and pictures on the folder project. (Engineering/Dimensional control/ Quality/ Waybill/Pictures...)
Potential site visits:
to supervise operational teams.
