Reports To: Dean /Medical Director
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
Prior administrative experience in an academic or office setting preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic IT tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Professional attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented approach.
Organize and manage office operations, paperwork, and schedules.
Sort, distribute, and respond to communications (emails, messages, and notices).
Maintain daily campus logbooks and accurate records of events/incidents.
Track and monitor maintenance work across campus facilities.
Update and maintain student class registers and attendance records.
Manage notice boards with timely and relevant information.
Prepare and update faculty timesheets and logbooks for HR submission.
Maintain confidential and accurate records of students and staff.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and events as needed.
Assist with resolving office-related issues and responding to student/staff requests.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, students, and stakeholders.
Assist with preparation for major university events (e.g., graduations, official meetings).
Carry out additional duties as assigned by university executives.
