Description

We are seeking a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to support a growing legal technology platform designed for professionals in the estate planning, financial advising, and employee benefits industries. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced with outbound prospecting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, outreach, or sales support.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and outreach platforms (e.g., Apollo.io).

  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to tone and professionalism.

  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple outreach campaigns.

  • Experience with B2B prospecting in professional services or SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to target leads via email (using tools such as Apollo.io), LinkedIn, and our CRM.

  • Manage lead lists and ensure accurate tracking of outreach efforts.

  • Send personalized, professional outreach messages using approved templates and materials.

  • Identify and qualify prospects by monitoring replies and engagement.

  • Pass along qualified, interested leads to the internal team for follow-up.

  • Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and ensure consistency.

  • Estate planning attorneys (small law firms and solo practitioners)

  • Financial advisors (mid-size, smaller firms, and solo practitioners)

  • Employer benefits teams and brokers (companies with 1,000+ employees)
