We are seeking a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to support a growing legal technology platform designed for professionals in the estate planning, financial advising, and employee benefits industries. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced with outbound prospecting.
Proven experience in lead generation, outreach, or sales support.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and outreach platforms (e.g., Apollo.io).
Excellent written communication skills with attention to tone and professionalism.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple outreach campaigns.
Experience with B2B prospecting in professional services or SaaS is a plus.
Conduct outreach to target leads via email (using tools such as Apollo.io), LinkedIn, and our CRM.
Manage lead lists and ensure accurate tracking of outreach efforts.
Send personalized, professional outreach messages using approved templates and materials.
Identify and qualify prospects by monitoring replies and engagement.
Pass along qualified, interested leads to the internal team for follow-up.
Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and ensure consistency.
