We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Clerk to provide administrative support within the HR department. The HR Clerk will assist with maintaining employee records, coordinating documentation, and supporting day-to-day HR operations. High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or HR certification is a plus
Previous administrative or HR support experience preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic HR systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Maintain and update employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate records
Support new hire onboarding by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation schedules
Track and record employee attendance, leave, and other HR metrics
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, warning letters, and policy notices
Respond to general HR inquiries and direct complex issues to appropriate personnel
Assist in organizing staff training sessions and events
Ensure compliance with company procedures and data protection regulations
