Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources & Administrative Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and administrative functions within our organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in managing HR operations. The Human Resources & Administrative Manager will play a key role in ensuring effective recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree or in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience in human resources management, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.

  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and conducting exit interviews as necessary.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including training and development programs, performance management systems, and recognition programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes and implementing necessary updates to policies and procedures.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee benefits packages.
  • Oversee administrative functions, including facilities management, office supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
