Junior Systems Administrator

This role will be responsible for maintaining and managing the Company's IT infrastructure effectively.



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and Network + Certifications

  • Two years experience in the Information Technology Field

  • Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices, with experience in implementing security protocols and measures.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in administering Zoho applications, including user profile management, and customization.

  • Strong knowledge of managing Google Workspace or similar productivity software.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and adapting to changing priorities.

  • Relevant certifications such as Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE) or Zoho Certified Professional are a plus.

  • Driving skills (Possession of a valid Driver’s License)


  • Manage and maintain the company's Fortinet network and firewall infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security, including configuring and monitoring firewall rules and policies.

  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements ensuring overall system availability, reliability, and security.

  • Administer and configure Zoho One user profile provisioning, user access controls and applications such as Zoho CRM,

  • Books, People, Recruit, Inventory, and Analytics, to meet the company's business requirements and streamline processes.

  • Manage and support Google Workspace administration for new users, user groups and group email management (formerly G-Suite) all to enhance employee productivity and collaboration, including user administration, email configuration, and document management.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the network, firewall, applications, and productivity software, providing timely support to end users.

  • Monitor system performance and security to proactively identify and address potential issues, implementing necessary patches and updates.

  • Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity.

  • Collaborate with other IT team partners to support technology initiatives and projects, such as system upgrades and integrations.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements to the company's IT infrastructure.

  • Tracking IT hardware and software and defining specifications or IT hardware and software where procurement is required.
