This position requires the jobholder to perform a variety of cleaning duties on the company's compound.

Proven working experience as a cleaner or experience in similar field will be an asset
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Clean and maintain designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
Empty trash and recycling bins
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
Make adjustments and minor repairs.
Stock and maintain supply rooms.
Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
Use cleaning chemicals, machinery, and other tools required for maintaining infrastructure in accordance with company policy and procedure.
Ensure adherence to Health and Safety standards
