In this role of “Outbound Sales Representative” individuals are responsible for selling and promoting products and services offered by GT&T on established targets. The Outbound Sales representative will sell products and services using solid sales tactics to existing & potential customers.
· Minimum of Five (5) subjects CSEC inclusive of Mathematics & English Grades 1-3 or related/equivalent field required.
· 2+ years of related experience sales and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Experience in customer services.
· A valid driver's license would be an asset.
• Place outbound sales calls based on leads and complete the sale of products and/or services via campaign promotions offered by GT&T
• Work at various Tent Sales & Door to Door Sales Activities across the country to generate sales.
• Answer inquiries, resolve or escalate problems, promote, and sell product/services based on customer needs.
• Responds to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff where applicable.
• Respond to questions with clear product knowledge and credibility.
• Provide reports & summaries of overall campaign and personal performance daily, weekly & monthly.
• Provide relevant feedback and insight into campaign flow and execution.
