Description

Responsible for recording and posting transactions. The Finance Clerk also performs a wide variety of financial recordkeeping and related duties.

Requirements

Five (5) subjects CSEC including Principles of Accounts or Maths and English Grades 1-111.

Persons currently studying C.A.T are encouraged to apply.

Computer literate.

At least two (2) years experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

Reports to the Accountant - Finance Department.

Assists in maintaining financial records.

Prepares cheques for payment.

Assist in investigating and resolving all inquiries with billing and invoicing.

Assists in posting journal entries into the accounting software.
