List of Tasks:
• Watching/Listening to call recordings from our sales calls
• Reviewing Blackbook to understand the SOP of calls
• Making a list of any violations with timestamp and quote + what rule it violated
• Tracking link of call, closer name, date of call, and amount paid from lead
• Reporting Violation to Client
