Sales Manager (Training Academy)

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to secure new client partnerships and expand our training programs within the petroleum industry.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 5-7 years of successful sales experience, preferably within the energy or training industry.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process.


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for our petroleum training programs.

  • Identify and qualify potential clients within the oil & gas exploration, production, refining, and distribution sectors.

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies.

  • Develop customized training proposals that address specific client needs and industry trends.

  • Lead sales presentations and effectively communicate the value proposition of our training programs.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

  • Stay informed of current trends and regulations within the petroleum industry.

  • Understand the specific training needs of different segments within the petroleum sector.

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
