Description

We are looking for an Office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Office manager responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments, making office supplies arrangements and providing general administrative support to our employees etc.

Requirements

  • Degree in business management or related field

  • Two years Customer Service experience

  • Excellent command of the English Language

  • Knowledge of online shopping & shipping

  • Preferably resides on West Bank / West Coast Demerara

Responsibilities

  • Oversees general office operations and gives reports to the management

  • Monitors office management and designs innovative work systems

  • Oversees customer experience and answers direct phone calls
