To make sure the client operations quality is above client goal and expectation.
The position is for an entry-level candidate.
-Atleast six (6) subjects CXC.

-Meet individual daily and weekly monitoring quotas
-Complete all work assignments within the given due dates
-Attend Client meetings and functions as assigned
-Maintain a set work schedule which allows for flexibility where and when needed
-Work additional hours as needed to support the business needs
-Host calibrations, track results and attendance
-Handle private personal information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
