Purpose of Position :

To make sure the client operations quality is above client goal and expectation.

The position is for an entry-level candidate.

Requirements

-Atleast six (6) subjects CXC.

-Analytical and problem-solving skills

-Ability to analyze and identify trends

-Advance troubleshooting skills

-Highly productive

-Very good attendance habits

-Excellent organizational and time management skills

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to communicate with all levels of management

-Ability to work independently and multi-task

-Ability to work in a changing environment

Responsibilities

-Perform keen observations on documents against a client provided standard

-Determine whether documentations are using proper procedures, efficient and effective practices to provide support

-Meet individual daily and weekly monitoring quotas

-Complete all work assignments within the given due dates

-Attend Client meetings and functions as assigned

-Maintain a set work schedule which allows for flexibility where and when needed

-Work additional hours as needed to support the business needs

-Host calibrations, track results and attendance

-Handle private personal information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

-Other related tasks as assigned
