WeSolve CX Inc is happy to announce the launch of its first and exciting internship program which will be of great interest to ALL recent CSEC or CAPE graduands. The Internship Program will afford WeSolve CX Inc the opportunity of fostering young talents and empowering aspiring professionals.
This Internship program run for a maximum of 9 months and will be focused on entry-level general work experience. During this period ALL interns will receive a stipend and after completion of the internship a CERTIFICATE.

These candidates should possess Grades 1 - 3 passes in CSEC/ CAPE subjects.
The Internship program will consist of key factors such as:
Clearly defined, meaningful work assignments.
Mentoring candidates.
Providing feedback on a regular basis.
Treating the interns/candidates as an integral part of the team.
Having an Intern Manager, or someone who oversees the process.
Inviting the Executive team to meet with interns.
