The ideal candidate would be required to provide administrative duties across various departments as needed. The ideal candidate we are looking for would be the main point of contact in organizing, managing and keeping the day-to-day operations of the office running.
UCESG Inc. invites suitably qualified persons to fill the vacant post of Administrative Assistant.
The ideal candidate should have:
Six [6] subject C.X.C inclusive of Mathematics and English. A Diploma in any related field would be a plus.
One to two [1-2] years of working experience in a similar role or field.
The ideal candidate should be:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite [specifically in Excel, Word and PowerPoint]
Must be detailed oriented.
Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective in time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize task.
Must be able to work with little to no supervision.
Must be able to handle sensitive information that you will be exposed to.
