Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.


Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software


  • Recruitment and selection

  • Employee records and documentation

  • HR policies and procedures

  • Employee relations

  • Employee data management and reporting

  • Compliance and legal requirements

  • Confidentiality and data protection.

  • Addressing employee questions or concerns related to HR policies during onboarding

  • Assist in resolving employee conflicts

  • Assist in conducting employee surveys

  • Coordinate employee recognition activities

  • Schedule training sessions

  • Maintaining employee training records

  • Assist in the logistics of training programs

  • Answering benefits-related questions

  • Ensure compliance with benefits regulations

  • Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of HR data like employee demographics, turnover rates, and training KPIs to generate HR reports

  • Staying up-to-date on changes in employment laws

  • Help the legal department with compliance and legal audits

  • Maintain compliance-related documentation

  • Ensure employee data is handled and protected under applicable compliance laws.
