Role Overview: As a Live Chat Generation Agent, you will play a crucial role in managing and generating live chat interactions, ensuring that all communications are conducted in a timely and accurate manner. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.



  • Male, aged 19-29.

  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Comfortable handling NSFW content responsibly and professionally.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.

  • Ability to commit to a full-time schedule of 8 hours/day, 7 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage live chat streams, ensuring that chats are sorted and prioritized appropriately.

  • Generate timely and accurate responses to live chat inquiries, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

  • Ensure all communications are in compliance with company policies and guidelines.

  • Handle sensitive and NSFW content with discretion and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  • Work closely with the team to identify and implement improvements in chat management processes.

  • Provide feedback on chat trends and customer interactions to support continuous improvement.
