This role will act as a liaison between sales and business operations, providing critical support through data analysis, process improvement, and administrative expertise.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in a business administration role
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
Proficiency in Spanish and English
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential roadblocks.
Generate reports and presentations to communicate sales performance and insights to the sales team and management.
Assist with sales collateral creation, presentations, and proposals.
Track and manage sales opportunities within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
Develop and implement efficient processes for sales order processing, quote generation, and contract management.
Manage and maintain sales databases and other relevant information systems.
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., finance, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth collaboration and support sales activities.
Identify and implement administrative improvements to streamline sales operations.
