The Operations and Training Manager will play a crucial role in the overall success of our Academy. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing both the day-to-day operations and the development and delivery of high-quality training programs.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Training & Development, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a training and development or operations management role
Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing training program
Manage the Academy budget and resources effectively.
Ensure smooth logistical execution of training programs, including scheduling, facilities, and materials.
Develop and implement efficient systems and processes for registration, recordkeeping, and reporting.
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of training facilities and equipment.
Manage vendor relationships for training materials and technology.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain engaging and effective training programs.
Identify and assess current and future training needs based on industry trends and organizational goals.
Select and implement appropriate training methodologies, including classroom instruction, eLearning, and blended learning.
Manage a team of trainers, providing coaching and development opportunities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
Stay up-to-date on adult learning best practices and industry trends.
