Operations & Training Manager

The Operations and Training Manager will play a crucial role in the overall success of our Academy. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing both the day-to-day operations and the development and delivery of high-quality training programs.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Training & Development, or a related field (preferred)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a training and development or operations management role

  • Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing training program


  • Manage the Academy budget and resources effectively.

  • Ensure smooth logistical execution of training programs, including scheduling, facilities, and materials.

  • Develop and implement efficient systems and processes for registration, recordkeeping, and reporting.

  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of training facilities and equipment.

  • Manage vendor relationships for training materials and technology.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain engaging and effective training programs.

  • Identify and assess current and future training needs based on industry trends and organizational goals.

  • Select and implement appropriate training methodologies, including classroom instruction, eLearning, and blended learning.

  • Manage a team of trainers, providing coaching and development opportunities.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.

  • Stay up-to-date on adult learning best practices and industry trends.
