Job Location
Description
You will be a part of the Administration department, reporting to the Admin Manager.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with experience in this field.
Working days & hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Requirements
At least a 5 years' experience in the same or similar role.
Diploma in Management would be preferred but is not required.
CSR experience.
Document handling experience.
Proficient in PC use and MS office suite applications.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following areas:
Student Onboarding Support
Supervising the housekeeping works for on Campus and the hostel.
Event Organization (Student & staff events)
Travel booking
Guest relations (Vendors, Special guests handling,
Processing of Quotation for purchasing for the campus as per Process
Maintenance of driver schedule (Organizing list of errands for the day, etc)
