The Human Resources & Admin Assistant should demonstrate a sound understanding of corporate culture and excellent planning and organizational skills. Ideal candidates should have an eye for talent, excellent branding knowledge, and great interpersonal skills.

Proficient in microsoft office suites.
A valid drivers’ license (at least three (3) years driving experience)
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars as needed.
Collaborate with the Manager to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes.
Manage the company’s billing and address queries accordingly.
Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications as needed.
Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
