Lifting Gear Inspector

Role: A Lifting Gear Inspector is responsible for the completion of our inspection services including Lifting Gear Surveys, Load Testing, and NDT scopes. This role is responsible for the on-site Inspection Services that commission and operate equipment in a safe, competent and professional manner.

Main Requirements:

 LEEA Foundation Course (FOU)

 LEEA Lifting Equipment General (LEG)

 LEEA Lifting Machines Manual (LMM)

 LEEA Lifting Machines Power (LMP)

 Experience working in a similar role.

 Experience managing complex requirements to tight time scales.

 Strong communication skills both written and verbal in fluent English.

 Computer literate and familiar with MS Office

 High level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality

 Excellent leadership and organizational skills, flexibility, and self-confidence

Good attention to detail

 Knowledge of lifting equipment

 Ability to spot problems and provide solutions.

 Excellent knowledge of health and safety requirements

 Passion for machinery and the technical aspects of construction

 Able to pick up technical systems quickly.

 High level of organization and commitment to your work

 In-depth understanding of general engineering.

 Highly self-motivated and focused

 Strong customer service skills
