Follow up with customers via telephone, visits and email on outstanding balances
Maintains customer records by updating their account and balances
Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Working with the department to ensure all collections, accounts and client payments, received
Qualification, Skills and Experience
Five (5) subjects at CXC grades 1-3 Inclusive of Mathematics & English.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Related working experience would be an preferred
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles would be an asset.
Computer literate and proficiency in QuickBooks.
Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Proficient use of QuickBooks
Microsoft office suites.
Verify discrepancies by and resolve customers’ billing issues.
Inputting and extracting customer information (square system, WIZ, Zippykind etc.)
Any other task assigned by your manager
