  • Follow up with customers via telephone, visits and email on outstanding balances

  • Maintains customer records by updating their account and balances

  • Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

  • Working with the department to ensure all collections, accounts and client payments, received


  • Qualification, Skills and Experience

  • Five (5) subjects at CXC grades 1-3 Inclusive of Mathematics & English.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

  • Related working experience would be an preferred

  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles would be an asset.

  • Computer literate and proficiency in QuickBooks.

  • Demonstrated ability in verbal and written communication.

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

  • Proficient use of QuickBooks

  • Microsoft office suites.


  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve customers’ billing issues.

  • Inputting and extracting customer information (square system, WIZ, Zippykind etc.)

  • Any other task assigned by your manager
