Overall Responsibilities: 

The Delivery Clerk is responsible for deliveries, checking delivery content against the shipping invoice, addressing and resolving any problems with shipments, stocks or transfers, and works with both customers and distributors to address any shipping and delivery issues.


Job Requirements/Specifications


· Must have 5 CXC subjects with passes in English and Math


· At least six months experience in a similar position.



Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

1. Assist with the packing and pulling of outgoing goods with the aid of the Dispatch Clerk/Supervisor.

2. Assist in completing customer orders and Purchase Orders requested from the Giftland and Foodmaxx Supermarket.

3. Assist with deliveries and purchase orders on a daily basis.

4. Adhere to all rules and regulations relating to safety practices i.e. heavy lifting.

5. Assist in having all dispatch area tidy and organized at all times.

6. Ensure all items on the Purchase orders are received from the suppliers to minimize company cost for return trips.

7. Deliver goods with company driver at different locations safely and securely to minimize damages.

8. Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.
