Our growing company is looking for Admin Assistants that are trustworthy and professional in providing administrative support to the Manager/Admin Department. He/She must be confidential as communication may be sensitive, and adhere to the organization’s policies and procedures.
Education:
· Minimum six (6) subjects CXC, inclusive of Grades 1 to 3 in Mathematics, English and Accounts
· Any additional qualification will be an asset
Experience:
· At least three-year experience in an active Admin role
· Experience using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite software
Skills:
· Ability to work in a challenging environment and meet deadlines
· Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
· Attention to details, adaptable
· Willing to learn, honest and diligent
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Good analytical and organizational skills
Posting of daily transactions
Update workers attendance and Payroll
Track Orders/Requisitions, follow up on outstanding items
Track and follow up on cargo shipped via air and sea
Request quotations for supplies, request for information
Make travel arrangements
Perform general tasks of filing, data entry, preparing documents and coordinating
Liaison with other departments/ locations/Contractor/ Government agencies
Provide manager with updates on daily basis
Any other duties assigned
